I started the Love Yourself Campaign back in 2007. The campaign is a protest to unrealistic standards of beauty set by the media. Every minute of every day we are bombarded with images of what is considered “perfection”. We compare ourselves and even grow resentful of the one and only body we were given. The Love Yourself Campaign is an on-going worldwide art project that promotes positive body image for women and men. We are all beautiful, so why not show the world and the media that we are comfortable with the way we are.
